Catering Concierge Company was born from a common challenge faced by busy professionals: managing meal orders while juggling the demands of a fast-paced work environment.  As former medical representatives, we found ourselves spending more time coordinating breakfast and lunch deliveries for provider offices than focusing on what truly mattered-building relationships with clients and excelling in our roles.

Realizing that this was a widespread problem, we set out to create a solution. Catering Concierge Company specializes in handling every aspect of meal coordination-from confirming and placing orders to providing detailed receipts.  Our goal is simple: to save you time and reduce the stress of managing meal logistics, so you can focus on what you do best-connecting with clients and driving success.

Simply give us a call, send an email or text and we'll schedule a quick introductory call at your convenience.  During this call, we'll gather key details to ensure our service is perfectly tailored to your needs-such as budget per guest, any spending limits per meal, and your preferred method of communication.

Step 2: Send Us Your Appointments: 

Once we've gathered your preferences, simply forward your upcoming appointments-whether for breakfast or lunch-via text, email or calendar invite (preferred method).

Step 3: We Handle the Details

 We'll take it from here!  Our team will contact the office to confirm the appointment, gather important information details like the number of attendees, dietary restrictions, and logistics, then place the meal order for you.

Step 4: Enjoy a Seamless Experience

On the day of your appointment, just show up and focus on what you do best.  We'll make sure everything is taken care of.

Step 5: Receive Your Receipt

 Afterward, you'll receive an itemized receipt for your records.  We'll ensure it aligns with your budget, making everything easy and transparent.

 

There are no up front or monthly fees.  We simply add a 20% service fee to the total meal cost.  Your receipt will include a breakdown of the meal cost, tax, delivery fee (if applicable), driver tip (based on your preferences), and our service fee-all consolidated for clarity and convenience.

Absolutely! While our service is available to everyone, we're especially popular with sales reps and offices that frequently host breakfasts or lunches.  If you schedule includes regular meal meetings, you'll benefit most from our streamlined services.

We'll make every effort to cancel the meal if your appointment is cancelled.  However, since orders are typically placed one to two days in advance, cancellations on the same day may not be possible.  In that case, you would still be charged, and the meal will be delivered to the location as originally planned. 

We ask for appointment details 48-72 hours before your meeting.  This allows us enough time to confirm the appointment, gather meal preferences, and place the order to ensure everything runs smoothly.
